A Poem A Day (Lebanon / Beirut)

I've always wondered why
Some people tend to be shy
Is it a helpless fear of society,
A deep human despise
Or do they like to silently
Observe men and criticize?

Or perhaps are they some know-it-all nerds
Who have learned a million books by heart
