Anna Hardin Poems

You were ripped away just to soon,
Worst than a tycoon.
I felt like a hollow shell of my original self,
To comfort me, all I have is a lonely picture on a shelf.
...

2.

You left when I was only two,
you never even knew.
You never saw me grow up.
My need for you is like an empty cup.
...

I love the rumble on the ground,
because love has no bound.
As you run towards my way,
for your morning hay.
...

His eyes are blue,
His smile is beautiful, too.
It reflects the sun, to beautiful to see,
Yet he knows nothing of her, nor me.
...

I am despair.
I wonder how people could be happy at such desperate times.

I hear people crying.
I see people dying.
...

She paints a pretty picture,
But her story has a twist.
Her paint brush is her razor.
Her canvas is her wrist.
...

Another endless night.
Just have to put up a fight.
Can't sleep,
trying, I'll have to keep.
...

8.

So black like the night,
so gentle and sweet.
Nose plain and white,
It will make you smile.
...

Little bunny, I set you free.
Little bunny, go and be.
Little bunny, go away,
please come back another day.
...

I tap on my desk,
Click-Clack.
Trying to get your attention, but instead you look down,
to ignore me after that.
...

Where are you?
Where did you go?
I hope you can hear me,
but how will I know?
...

Kids go from door to door,
getting candy and galore,
Ghouls, monsters, and freaks.
All filling the streets.
...

I sit here in 5th period.
So boring with the Niger, Niles, and even Sahara.
To boring to comprehend, PERIOD!
Will it ever end?
...

My best vacation in 2012,
would have to be when,
my family and I went to Helen, Georgia.
Just my mother, father, and I.
...

Chestnut fur,
Pure black mane.
Friendly eyes,
Yet they hold so much pain.
...

Little child go to bed,
little child rest your head.
Little child don't be afraid,
To be afraid, the darkness was not made.
...

The sunlight hits down on the dew of the grass.
The farm animals walk past,
I turn to my horse.
This animal is the best love source.
...

Somehow I feel,
Like we need to get away.
With all the politics, war, and everything.
It's like we never know what will come the next day.
...

19.

Such a small puppy.
So fuzzy and cute.
A little Pomeranian.
So small she could hide in a boot.

The Best Poem Of Anna Hardin

Daddy's Girl

You were ripped away just to soon,
Worst than a tycoon.
I felt like a hollow shell of my original self,
To comfort me, all I have is a lonely picture on a shelf.

Myself, I save,
is to visit your grave.
Not even the darkest days,
will stop me from coming your way.

You were took at fifty-two.
Too young, you never knew.
Too much for me to handle at twelve.
Forever in memory, your pictures are on my shelves.

June 19,2012
-For my mother Dawn Lochridge Hardin
