She And I
The poetry in me Is not mine It is hers... And she is not me
If only you could know that I can see through you,
the way you talk to me, your smile tells it all,
that touch of yours...so sparse, unintended,
yet so warm, it melts me down…
I know you desire me, your eyes tell it all,
It’s not just physical, you love the way I pep you up,
annoy you, make you sulk…
and the endless string of favors you just
love doing for me, I know you care!
