Mother; Daughter

I was only 2 years old,
When everyone got told,
That Velvet Taylor had passed away,
Your beautiful smile fadded away, that day.

Its not been 12 years,
And everyday i cry more tears,
I just need my mother,
I will not accept any other,

One day i will come home to you,
Until then remember that i love you,
And until that day we meet,
I will stand tall on my feet,

I will proudly say,
that my mum has not gone away,
She is always with me,
even though you cannot see,

Her big beautiful eyes,
always watching over me.
