Falling from life's final rung,
water fills each aching lung,

Drowning in the sea of time,

Lost in the music,
Lost in the feeling,
Lost on the path and finding no meaning,

Tell me what it is to see,
all that I wish that I could be,
more than my own short history,
all that is in my destiny.

Spread your wings and feed my soul,
Make my day and share this night,
