Arnab Chaudhuri Poems

Silent road, silent night,
Sitting still silent I,
Stares ahead
Into the tranquil murky night
...

Consumed in the darkness
Of the dreary habit
Of receiving random results
Containing sighs of despair,
...

Looking at the mirror
I gaped,
The echoed image blurs out an
Obscure knowingly unknown silhouette
...

Messiah, O Messiah
Thou art my guide, the enlightenment of knowledge
Your hands has saved me
From the dense of danky
...

Silence

Silent road, silent night,
Sitting still silent I,
Stares ahead
Into the tranquil murky night
What about this quietude
That haunts me
Bring forth the stinking loneliness
That one had to face quietly
I uttered to me, am I the only?
But heard a faint whispering
All are in a way.
There always are, always will be
Some reticent unuttered voices
That can never be expressed
In any known words.
