A blacken heart; a tainted soul
Every day a fight for more gold.
Building a legacy out of sticks and stones

Breathing life into death
Decay till there's nothing left
Three in my head,
Creators voice, then that of death

Looking at me
As if I have the answers to life
Scrutiny at every failure
You forget what is inside

Eyes burning
Hatred showing itself within you
Desire burning through you
Craving to take me down
...

Can you see,
The path I've followed?
Can you see,
All my sorrow?

Regret storms,
And shows its wrath.
Choices made,
We're in its path.

Why can't you say the truth?
Why can't you just tell me what's really inside?
