Insane

My eyes my mind is captive
To all that I fear
Nothing seems to be clear
I open my eyes to the same day
Everyday the same day

The Feeling as if all is caving in
Swallowing you from all directions
This must be what being trapped feels like
There is no escaping the monster

Except the one great escape
That makes you forget
Frees your mind opens new doors
Utopia even if for a limited time

Every touch seductive every word a song
Every movement a dance in time
Every second actually numbing your soul
But the pain is still there

Always there lingering like a poison in your veins
Inside your body inside your head
No wonder I'm so damn crazy
The pills the weed the powder

All suppressors to our pain
To my pain
That drives me so insane
