As Love Was Thought

Sweet things turn to be mistakes
Which one comes across to
Is when the heart hurts
As mistake was never associated with something sweet
Is the reason why things do hurt sometimes
As love was thought to be the sweetest
Until realization of pain was realized
Which made things so hard
To survive with a feeling
Of knowing something sweet and lovely
Only as an illusion.
