Tales of the truth
How my stomach turns in knots
How a taste of bitterness dwells within my mouth
They praise my father on one hand
Blaspheme words dwell on the other
The ones we share our bread with
Turn around and spit in our faces
Lies stir continuously in their mouths
The stench turns my nose
Who on earth do they think they are fooling? I think to my self
Certainly not God
Debts continue to go unpaid
Marriage has been made into mockery
Society continues to build new techniques
Devices to satisfy the need for complacency and indolent behavior
Vanity continues to ensnare weak minds
Age once displayed wisdom and splendor
Instead the elders wish to remain deep in an abyss coated in youthful foolishness
Illness continues to show his face and death strides close by
The rain silently stream down the window
The clouds roll across the night skies
A clear sign
When our Father cries
