Silent Tears

Rough hands push her down,
Covering her little face with blankets,
Ashamed of the act to commit,
Fear builds in the child's heart,
Sensing something isn't right,
Feeling things a little girl never should,
Silent tears run across her face,
The pain taking over her young mind,
Then it's over done,
Easier to forget than to tell another,
Knowing in her young heart,
She will never be whole again.
