Cain Lopeck Poems

Dark, hollow, and quiet
She used it to run away
Her demons wont follow
Yet in her mind voiceless thoughts lay
...

Dressed in black
During dusk
The witch was scared
And still pressed her luck
...

A smile can hide a million tears
Anger, depression, dread, and fears
Hidden all by lies you created
As you pretend your happy by acting elated
...

Bringing happiness every now and then
It's something I refer to as a friend
It truly has more than one name
But its figures name will always stay the same
...

Physically elated
Emotionally broken
Mentally outdated
Feelings unspoken
...

Damaged Unwillingly On Purpose

Dark, hollow, and quiet
She used it to run away
Her demons wont follow
Yet in her mind voiceless thoughts lay

She sees someone in tears
Her weeping yet refrains
Her thoughts have manifested
As her happiness drains

The flood of no longer numb emotion
Broken to nothing as if it were a girl who died
The battle wounds have grown
Lies reach out and attack with words that silently cried.

Physical life was no longer a want
She was already dead after all
No more was left for her to call a person
The newly found piece of relief was her rewarded when her soul gave a fall.
