I don't think i can do this anymore. Don't think i can be some other girl. Someone i'm not. It's too difficult to pretend, and it hurts a lot. Like a new hole being punched through my chest.

He's dark. Silent. Like a ghost, gone before anyone can catch him. He walks with leisure...pride. His mother is night, His father, the moon. His siblings, the stars. All three guide him. No one knows that his home is the one place where souls lie in eternal rest. Nobody knows the secrets he holds, nor the lies he's heard. He hides in shadow, and lives in the night.

Take it all away....take me away with it...
Tell me that you care....you don't really care at all...
Trusted you once....pain is what you left me with...
Broke me down....didn't fix me up...just left me there...

You left me, alone. Cold.Wondering where i went wrong, or what was in play all along.. I tried to figure out what happened to you. Why you wouldn't tell me the truth. Forgotten and Broken, i stand alone. Back against the wall, i brace myself for the fall. Trying to control my life, before it ends in strife.

They say that death is a painful truth and life is a beautiful lie. Life itself is a play on words. People tell me that it has so many promises and fullfiments...........but they all lie. Life is nothing to be messed with. Now i understand why people look forward to death, whether it be peaceful, or unfathomable. They look for that one day when they can finally be at peace from all the hardships that life serves them. You have to keep running. Fighting.......

I remember that one late summer evening. It was just us and the lonely night. I remember the stars shining down on us.......shining down on her. She was beautiful. Her soft, fiery red hair was down that night, and as i watched it sway gently to and fro, i fell unto her cautious gaze......those deep and luscious midnight eyes of hers, sparkled like black onyxes hidden deep within a mine, never to be found. But i found her.
