Listening to the voices in the air,

Spawning fear like the jaws of hell,

Lingering here for some type of change.

As my heart and my mind do battle,
Laying in wait as I reach for the answer to life.
The cancerous silence kills me slowly,
While the heartbreak quickens me twice.

I can feel the air shift,
The breeze has turned to a cold gust.
Life is begining to go into transition,
So what is left for us?

Fold my arms, turn my back,
And start to walk away.
Trying to flee,
From all my sick and lurid yesterdays.

Sweet dreams of caramel kisses,
Sounds of sensation in settle blues.
