They May Never Know

Time will only tell
She hides her fears
They may never know
Until the end there will always be tears
They may be too late
She fells no one ever hears
yet they say they care
She may have less than years
They must never know
She works hard but often sheers
They become worried
She strives to shift gears
They appear to forget
Again her vision blears
They ask no more questions
Her condition only severes
They soon pass without words
Her heart never coheres
She becomes worse
Her own mind throwing jeers
She cries every night
Her makeup always smears
They notice her once more
Her behavior only queers
They appear to help
But her mind often veers
They offer support
Her mind hardly clears
Relentlessly they may try
Yet her mind still sears
They push some more
She agrees to see few premiers
Once again they back off
Her mind, still corrupt, only cheers
They pass and chat
Over time she endears
They never expect it
But once more the though rears
To kill myself or not
They helped her once, but never knew of her fears
