you touch my face so soft
your hand comes back wet
you lift up my face and u see
the tears that slowly fall from my eyes
you ask why do i cry
i reply because i am scared
of this thing u call love
im scared it wont last
that i will get hurt
that i will lose you forever
you take me into your arms
and you rest your chin on my head
you then soflty whisper
fear not my darling
for i shall never leave you
i could never leave you
for i love you with all my heart
and nothing in this world will ever change that
the tears stop
i look up to find you
looking at me with eyes so full of life and mischeif
you laugh
and i laugh
and then we become lost
lost in one another's gaze
wondering what will become of our love
