Wishing I was once again, that little girl with dreams,
the girl who ran a million miles, who longed for fantasies.

She's a leader in her mind
She's a Queen within her dreams,
She's a Shakespeare of her time
If only she were seen.

I travel through a world so cold and black,
I turn and realize I can't go back.

They are a pack of wolves.
I am their prey.
They approach. They attack.
They haul me away.

I can't explain such confusion or pain
or could it simply be disdain? ?

resentment for loving him

From a rejected young child
to a strong thought in his head
thousands had suffered
and millions left dead.
