I started writing poetry when I was in the third grade. I have been writing all types of literature ever since then, but mostly poetry. I've never really shared any of my poems, but I would now love to.)

The Best Poem Of Christian Drain

Winter

As the sun rises on a cold winters day,
A young man looked out at the frozen bay.
Songbirds started singing,
That young men then wondered what the weather was going to bring.
As he walked across the frozen ground,
He gasped at what he had found,
Heart shaped ice lying on the ground, shimmering in light,
He smiled with great delight.
Morning came and went so fast,
Letting night fall at last,
That young man was never seen again,
But winter always goes and then again.
