Not to discredit the words of the poster before me, but I don't think you have to worry about it. Poetry is something that once it's chosen you, it will always be apart of you. I used to think it was possible to walk away from writing, I've even tried, but I've come to the conclusion that: at times I despise it, I would be totally lost without it...
As long as your willing to see the real nature of life, to not allow yourself to be sucked in by the perceptions of everyone else, I believe you will always want to write and you always will...Half the reason we are compelled to write is to show the world we see, to everyone else who cannot see it for themselves.
Anyway, you're a beautiful lady, with a beautiful heart, as well as a beautiful courage to say the things you mean to say...
