Christopher White Poems

Fragile legs,
Like bambi.

Champagnes strong
...

The stream of comforting words,
That flow from your lips
Are my guide when I wake.
...

Among the streets of fire,
Where metal monsters roam,
Melancholy Molly
Dreams of the life she'd known.
...

I hope to see you all
At the end of the day.
In the heaven's light,
Your faces will glow
...

In these violent dreams,
That do repeat
These silents sounds
Make my spirit weep.
...

Hatred is a breath of air, never fresh,
Breathed by those who can never, endeavour
To see a life celebrated, or world rejoiced
As hell is all they see, change is all they fear.
...

Her softened fingers were touched
By her sleeping tongue
And the candle was silenced
As room filled with smoke.
...

I will cleanse my soul in this rapture
To replace the agony of a thousand goodbyes,
Spoken by the memories of you.
In another world,
...

Your heartbeat resounds
Softly in my ear
And makes me smile,
More than I ever knew
...

The stream of comforting words,
That flow from your lips
Are my guide when I wake.
...

The ground is cracked glass
And my feet are lead.
A million angels are
looking over their shoulders
...

Christopher White Biography

I have been a songwriter for years but just for a band that never achieved any success. It was never about achieving anything other than recognition. Not in an arrogant way though. All I wanted was for my words to touch someones soul and make them feel something. Thats why I find poetry to be a great form of expression and emotion. There are no rules on stucture and choice of words. All that matters is what you have to say and thats why words are so powerful. I want my words to make a difference to somebody. Even if it is just one person, just one.)

The Best Poem Of Christopher White

Everyday I Fall Into The Shadows

Fragile legs,
Like bambi.

Champagnes strong
And I'm not.

My dress is torn,
My hearts broken.

Now I.....

Softly step
Through the streets.

Weak and tired,
Lost and unloved.

Heading home, alone,
Again, alone.

But....

I smiled at him,
He laughed at me.

Danced for hours
Without you.

Silence was familiar
In that crowded room.

Thinking....

What did I do?
What do I do?

No one to love
Nothing left to hold.

One hour alone
Would have changed my mind,

But....

The bridge ahead,
I wave goodbye.

I step across,
The final line.

My hair is wet,
My bodys cold.

Can't breathe....

....Dont want to.
