Claude Simpson Poems
Exercise is good for the body So let’s get started and dismiss the lethargy. For many of us we can’t be bothered with the routine; Keeping up the practice may become daunting.
It's a shuffle of media frenzie and media hype; Whether text, audio, photo or video; whatever the type.
The Essence Of True Love
We are blessed with a love that is pure Filled with optimal ingredients, we couldn't ask for more. We have got something so very special; Love for life that is perpetual.
The rays of Autumn emitted; Sunlight breaking through the gray overcast, To escape the chaos Where several possibilities existed.
Tension In The Society
We move along daily Like regulated robots Rarely stopping to think
When she stands in view of the mirror, I see two sides of her; One clear and transparent while the other blur. The truth that represents the virtual replica of genuineness; The untruth that represents the virtual replica of opaqueness.
Life of a Tree
Living as a tree is a bit refreshing Never have to work or make a living;
Satellites A to Z
As they float above the clouds in cosmic orientation Rotating in the vastness of space, feeding communication;
Family is stunned, Crushed, dismissed and shunned.
The Migratory Birds
Three little birds soaring So high Across the ocean touring The sky;
The Curtain of Wisdom
To whom that is wrapped in a bubble-like oven; Trapped and entangled in a web of impossibilities;
What is It?
It characterizes consistency; It serves as an entity for reference; It cannot be seen or touched But it is symbolic.
Tenets of Life
Look to see the danger But avoid the confusion; Look to see the spontaneity But beware of the action.
Daylight fades to night Then comes another day; Life is what you make it Any how, any way.

Exercise is good for the body
So let’s get started and dismiss the lethargy.
For many of us we can’t be bothered with the routine;
Keeping up the practice may become daunting.
Still, it is important to get moving
And find a way to keep going.
Increase the number of exercises you do daily
And reap the benefits as your routines vary.
You may feel dismayed, unmotivated
Or simply just not interested.
You may find it hard to do and do otherwise
But be smart and be wise and do your exercise.
We stay healthier if we do some exercise ...
