Forfeit the grace that could be theirs,
And never in their lofty stead
Could idols save their own affairs.

Forgiving is a choice, a command we obey.

Embrace not granted,
Is love forsaken.

I have no mansion here,
But the sun's warm and skies are blue.
I'm not rich but I have no fear
Laughter and joy pull me through.

Open,
Like a round hand
Is lovely parasol
Of circled cover in colors

Am I
Just serving some word salad
Tossed and mixed with olive oil
Not much to say, from the mind's toil?

Night
Spreads out
Her darkness
Over the earth

Risk is great in the absence of Justice
