that the blueness of skies
hides there the diamonds
that at night, bless our eyes.

Her unmet need
Perhaps the seed
Of hidden Anger
Destroying her.

Peace will not come when men clench their fists
When words of hate are spoken with such raging gist,
When women and children are slaughtered by brutes,
War is the inevitable answer that will take root.

There comes a time when letting go
Is the only way to prove
The wisdom of our words and show
What is meant by tough love.

May echo past time's boundaries,
