Dagimawi Tujuba Poems

Could it ever be.....in this sorry life?
Could you be the breath, the sense and the run from the strife? .....the strife of the lost?
Could you unlock the the gates, give the dead the life?
...

Run through the dark avenue, there as I see you, your tommorow cries
Smile as the lavender blush, as the odour vanish, the funny bug it lies
And now the moon grins, almost humane, among the pale clouds
Go ahead, grope for the exhausted fun, the statue of your loss, you'll conquer nothing but a stale applause
...

Times I got out of the sparkling sunlight,
crawled against those rays flashing about
Times I thought of the shade, thoughts of it to get onto my feet,
to regain my grips over the roads I lost,
...

My thrilling laughter pleads in favour of you
The causual blinks stunned by the honest view
The quiet, true eyes whisper to my soul and I surrender
Every single breath, all fearless moments i'm staying under
...

bishop you, fanatic me
though the stumbles, the unend far falls,
glitter of your soul across my bowed face,
i could no more stand looking into thy eyes
...

Could it ever be.....in this sorry life?
Could you be the breath, the sense and the run from the strife? .....the strife of the lost?
Could you unlock the the gates, give the dead the life?

Beyond thy morning, across my sunshine,
the fragrant days of awkward dreams of mine,
there's thy exotic laughter full of sight,
a sound of our names through the windy light.....Listen.
Hear the guitars of intent, of this excel moment
Stinging honest ears, saying my mind.....and yours.....calling souls from depart
but, am I the only one listening?
