But the dull aching pain, it never goes away,
I miss him more and more each day.

Chasing each other up the bedroom stairs.

While tears oh silently fell.
I wrapped myself away from the world,
Felt trapped in my own personal hell.

To hate the thought of what's happened in the past.
But at times you need to know,
I'm scared like you, I know, I know.

You knew I wasn't too fond of the dark.
Then you broke that trust and left me alone,
Left me terrified while you went off home.

Staring Death in the face,
Is it my time, Is it my place?
Am I destined to die while I'm young?
Is my life ending just as it's begun?

But sadly now he's gone.
I didn't want it all to end,
Left here now with none.

A kind old lady met a gruesome end.
