Confused

Sometimes I feel out of place
Not knowing what I’m thinking
If anyone would understand
But fear what they would think of me
Fearing them telling everyone else
My deepest thoughts
About myself
Sometimes I feel like I only understand myself
And the rest of the world wouldn’t know what I’m thinking
Am I different?
Or is it the feeling of being alone
I know I am not alone
But am I different?
I ask myself that all the time
Maybe keeping it all in is not what I need
A million words wouldn’t describe my feelings
But everything I say doesn’t come out the same way I think of them
