Under Water
i open my eyes and realize
im underwater
frightened and terrified that no one will
notice im gone
guess ive got time on my hands
just that no one will understand
no one can hear me scream
i open my mouth but swallow water instead
what will they say when they find me dead?
im drowning
going under, under, under, and under
im stuck beneath the rocks at the bottom
can anyone hear me?
im trying to cry out for help
but its no use
i open my eyes and realize
