Why only in my dreams you yet appear?
What happened to directness, honesty?
How could one try a stranded ship to steer?
Both warmth and strangeness how could one still see?

I whined sincerely to a friend of mine:
About how hard it was to say hello,
And act ferociously that all's but fine,
Whilst—hand in hand—why, swiftly letting go.
...

Although I am not only made of steel,
But can as well shoot laser from my eyes,
And might with ease to every heart appeal,
And fly at times to but the farthest skies: —
...

It's been so long since I last heard from you,
I was content with but one call per year:
Which makes your memory not disappear,
And helps cause color to my constant blue;
...

So soon, another year has come and gone;
Today I'm terrified to close my eyes,
And wake one closer step to my demise,
Or haply find out I have lived for none,
...

In The Sea Of Bewildered Dreams:
Truth is the lies you see, it seems,
Mermaids die, Sorrow cries,
Tears of blue in running streams.
...

Feelings flood then us just overwhelm;
And what else should do such an excess?
Seeking signs of bliss only us to helm;
But bliss' always paled to ones you can't possess.
...

Behold the fiery beast:
Burning in awful red,
Blinded by, a blinding anger,
Covering his eye, with a mist of dread.
...

'O Death thou hath been alone and prone,
To denies, scorns, defies, and sorrow.
O Death thou have heard the moans and groans,
Of their demising souls, heading to the hollow.'
