like some prehistoric monster’s roar.

that we watch for hours before
the moon and stars appear.

Sometimes I often wonder
what I would have been
if fate hadn't steered me
on the course I am on now.

The storm clouds gather
in the sky above
and your leaving has caused me pain
knowing I’ll not hear again

When it’s time for me to go,
don’t worry about me
as I’ve been here before
and I’ll be back again.

It is strange how sometimes
we can recognise someone instantly
after a distance of years,
yet others we do not recognise at all.

Within the realms of darkness,
our nightmares stalk us
to haunt our mortal fears
in the hours we are awake.

I sat at my piano tinkering with the keys
and the same old tunes came back to me.
Melodies I had written long ago
that seem to haunt my soul.

Hocus Pocus is a dragon
the last dragon you will see.
He live to make dreams come true,
