In the misty morning
before the sun begins to rise
the world seems at peace with itself
right before our eyes.

under an ever-changing sky,
the wind beneath my wings
never stopping to enjoy

Give me flowers while I’m alive,
I can’t appreciate them when I’m dead.
Let me enjoy each coloured bloom
and smell its appealing scent.

I sat and watched a little bumble bee
as he dashed from flower to flower,
collecting pollen here and there,
then he would fly off to his hive somewhere,

Our mind at times
are filled with crazy thoughts
of things that others
have long forgot.

Valiant are those whom take life and live it,
caring not of the dangers that may cross their path,
venturing to the borders
where life and death meet.

As a writer my words are like fingers
stretching out across the universe.
When I write I write with my heart
of the feelings that live within.

Along the ridge at sunset
we see two silhouettes
of a couple in love
dancing in the air.

In the shadows of twilight
my guest come alive
from the gloomy depths of shadows.
They slowly emerge to heighten

You’re lying on a sun kissed beach,
watching the shadows of palm trees
swaying back and forward
under a warm breeze.
