What was one hour, but seemed an hour alive?
An hour given over - O too brief!
A bursting sun, a breath, a desperate drive
to be an angel's heir; with wings - believe!
...

The shadows share a different shade tonight:
a different dark caressed by different eyes,
where nightmares sleep and phantoms draw the light,
new embers spark and twist across new skies.
...

With every touch commingled as before,
And every breath and every aspiration,
By this most constant constant inspiration,
Old dreams have shown the same on the same shore.

I guess that this is where I want to be -
my lips, my hands, my face and weathered skin:
O press me down with tears, wash over me,
ravage me, hit me, remind me you're still in!
...

Lost leaving - guilty party,
She’s not happy.
Hope weaving - suffering identity,
She’s unready.
...

Hard villiany rides against us;
Flashes of echoes clutch the sirens screaming.
Keen rubber burns with a wail;
An epiphany along the lane.
...

Amidst the sea of stars doth swim,
A blue-green world so Brave and Free;
'Twas blessed by God for patriotism,
Free-trade and homeland security.

Fear aside, I'll see you through the end
Clutching darkness by her whistful hiss;
Such it means to have a life long friend.

Nearer to me than a moontide swoon,
And dearer to me than a dream.
She is fairer to me than a spring's full bloom;
Nearer to me than a moontide swoon.
...

The summer's thirsting yearns fair autumn's kiss,
While calmest anguish (loneliness) endears,
When reunited I with whom I miss,
Flies far away from thought and disappears.
