In His Image

I am made in His image, and His likeness.
Why does my flesh fight this
Your my Father, I am Your child
What are these things that make me act so wild
I see You here
But all I want to do is disappear
And pretend like You don't hear, my heart, full of fear
My earthly father taught me as I grew, baby girl, God is Your Heavenly Father.
But who knew, how He, wouldn't only be my Father, but my Savior too.
I have to choose, Nothing but hell to loose
And only Jesus Christ and heaven to gain.
Have to endure many trials, sufferings, and pains.
But He made a way for me to overcome them all, in His Name
I am made in His image, and likeness
He has equipped me with His Spirit and power
To be a witness for Him in these final hours
I am made in His image, and His likeness
I will not allow my mind, and flesh, to cause me to deny this
I will be who it is He made me to be
Triumphantly, victoriously, fearfully and wonderfully made
