feel the world
with a mothers heart

i write of beauty
to cure my anger

i write of nonsense

i am a lamb in wolves clothing
they never see me until it's too late
i have to save them from themselves
it's a wildly gentle approach

sometimes you have to lose yourself
in music
in a good meal
in yourself

The pleasure I find from up above
Can be done silently or aloud
To lay back in green grass
Let my imagination free at last

cell in hand
a second at he ready
laptop on deck
no rest for the digitally dependent

they gather in formation like soldiers
to describe in elegant fashion
a capital idea designed to provoke,
encourage our minds, challenge doctrine

I'm so glad I'm in my right mind

Some people live in their left

the womb was my world
cozy and warm
