I'Ve Seem Before Me
sitting here contemplating
do I dare staring down
the roads familiar
but so such knowledge
lands upon soiled ears
together dawning old
fears of ponders other
than such experience of
all the years of faulter
struggling yet obtaining
a grasp on nothing
yet still training
endlessly and timeless
complaining will only
lengthen this another
word for lost utters of I
and a few more absurd
lies taht appeal
to my line
of turning thoughts
am I yours
will You be mine
Dick Johnson Comments
was a friend of mine and we both went to Art Shows to sell our work. I also perform weddings for anybody and write ceremonies to fit each couple. I always use a couple of his poems to express the feelings of the moment as he had a great way with words. I miss him and wish I could tell him how I'm using his work.
