shards of what could and would have been a better life
As a kid I used to play with mirrors trying to get that infinite reflection
But now I only wish i cold pull them apart

Of a broken heart

As if I know not of pain

What can you do
When the darkness no longer stays at bay
What can you do when it tries to do more then take the light
Your life has already been blinded of all possible light

The bottle, the pills, the pain and the joy
People talk about the ways to fall asleep
Asleep to that dream land
Where the bottles pills pain and joy, all coincide

This silence that always awaits for me
I turn for help, yet no one is there.
I look right, left and right again hoping;
Hoping someone might jump out that this will be over;

I put my life in, Heart and soul.
I ask for naught,
Unless I really need it.
