Biography of Dowell O'Reilly

Born in Sydney, in 1865,and was the son of Reverend Canon O'Reilly. Dowell was educated, Sydney Grammar School; then on to Sydney University
but left there before completing the course.He represented Parramatta
in N.S.W. Parliament, 1894-1898. Was also a Master at Sydney Grammar School. ..
