Dr.Sandhya Tiwari Poems

Nothing is permanent
Change is imminent
Everyday trends are found
With expectancy unbound
...

All my life since childhood I was fascinated
With the art of persuasion making others delighted
Sense and sensibility are a combination rare
Why not help others than just stand and stare
...

As we go about our busy schedule in life
Amidst the trivialities and strife
We often forget the beauty and bounty
With which our life is spread
...

Man is born free but in shackles everywhere
Some are physical
Some are psychological
To free oneself from physical
...

Have you heard what I said!
I know, I understand and I can talk
Not about just my pet
I know all about my friends and friends’ friends
...

Today at once I feel miserable
A pain a feeling terrible
Lost I am I feel
Nothing bright appeals
...

Left in the lurch
After the IT crunch
Baby-boomers, techies, technocrats
All suffered alike
...

Once upon
Named as weaker sex
And later fairer sex
Now even they are in a state of flex
...

The dream which I possess and cherish
Is different from that of many others

Nourished adequately with all the nutrients
...

Human beings armed with their human follies
Marching blindfolded
Mongering for power
With swollen self and bloated pride
...

Girls and boys
With good appearance
Good looks
Beautiful countenance
...

Deep blue
Star studded sky
Calm and quiet was the night
turbulence filled the heart questioning the blessed ones might
...

Day in, Day out instances galore
Material things attracts all folks with or without lore
Some chase riches, some power
Others are still worse with inbuilt beastly tower
...

Ever since the dawn of civilization the human beings adore and adorn the insatiable urge
Urge which turns into a surge…to innovate and to experiment
Implicit it is in the fast paced technological advancement
...

Deep down the heart feelings are suppressed
feelings for the poor, needy and the downtrodden

Who has time to stand and stare
...

You cannot see the wind but feel it
You can feel the love but cannot steal it

We know there is wind when the leaves rustle
...

17.

Days, months and years pass by
Calm and quiet sensations buried lie
The one life God blessed we mortals with
Too narrow is its width
...

18.

A desire in a being is born with the birth
Starting with cry, longing and mirth
Desiring intensely, dreaming with open eyes
Desire grows and turns into passion and obsession.
...

At daybreak when the day starts
All in a great hurry run fast
Men and women struggling alike
Gone are the days where only men strived
...

Who will cry when we die?
As we all human beings on the earth try
Lead a life awry
Devoid of noble human principles
...

Voice Of The Wandering Young Minds

Nothing is permanent
Change is imminent
Everyday trends are found
With expectancy unbound
Education sector is going through alteration
With reasons like updation, improvisation, transformation
Major role played is by globalization
SAP, JAWA, C, C+, C++, Oracle
Everyday some strange miracle
Job seekers face confusion
Parents get hypertension
Employers command
The course they did last semester is not in demand
Update and come
Again the face of parent and ward full of glum
Communication Skills was once the buzz word
HR was ruling like monarch and Lord
But now soft skills has become important to strike the accord
Everything was ephemeral
But for many families the loss was not temporal
The needs and skills
Wondering about them fear fills
The young and exuberant
Are left untapped to stagnate
