Darkness broken by the light
sunrays stream into sight
over the horizen dawn comes on
making the dew glitter on the front lawn

Though so far away from me I still can hear your voice
The distance may not bother you but missing you is not my choice
I long for your arms and the sweet whisper of your words
Please don't think me foolish for sounding so absurd

An open expanse in front of my eyes
you can't imagine this great a surprise
it opens up all barriers released
lots of sagebrush lots of peace

when i'm hungry i want my mom's food
especially her pizza it's really good
these delicioius toppings are the best
they make me halppy forget the rest

I'm so very lost in thought I hardly hear a sound
I look around and think sitting in a slouch
happy to be outside not parked upon my couch

Sceaming, yelling, hollering at your friends
sometimes i wish the madness would end
lockers slamming people shouting, runing down the hall
it kind of reminds me of christmas at teh mall

Of all the shimmering pools and celestial skies
the ones I love most I see in your eyes.
Your touch smoother than the water flowing over my skin
Your soft whisper in my ear and I let my new life begin.
