See the world through my eyes
Feel my emotions flowing deep
Touch the scars upon my heart

Sleep overcame your senses
Chemicals mixed into a lullaby
Inducing silence on this place
I talked but did you really listen?

Enfold my body in loving arms
As we step into our spirit dance
Caress my skin with sweet adoration
Trace a pattern upon my naked soul

Why do I write, why do I try
Because it bursts inside me
And screams to come out
This pen burns my hands

Loves fingers trace gently
Over pale skin so sweetly
The map of his world lies
Still beneath his hands

A dropp of rain falls on her face
As she stands upon the shore
