Blanket Of Sand

I shiver, tried to make a blanket out of sand
it fell away from me as I placed it over my body
just as you often fall away
evaporate or dwindle
become a mere dream

how much longer can I go on this way?

may the body you hold keep you warm
may your love be full of life
may your Tide to Him be passionate and true
