Hey :) This is a poem I wrote when I had lost a love only because of our distance. Comment, message, and look at my other poems, please! Tell me your opinions :)

I only long to be near you.
I only yearn just to feel the touch of you on my skin.
And this is the only more that I can do.
I can only long, yearn, and wish for you.
The night you told me it was over, was a stab in the heart.
My heart ached, 'Oh, woe is me.'
My brain screamed, 'Can this be true? '
My whole body shaking from head to toe from this traumatic experience.
Grabbing the nearest thing to me I cried.
Tears flowed out like a new Spring morning.
    Spring tears.
    Coming early into the year.
    No stopping them.
No telling when they will come again.
Just know that when you come knocking again on the door towards true love,
I will be ever-so-cautious and hesitant once again.
For I have lost the love that I love the most,
    to distance.

It is better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all. Please take care of your heart...A very wonderful ode to a lost love.

This poem truly moved me. Me and my ex broke up in June because of distance and I relate to this so much. I actually cried because it brought me back to the day we broke up. Beautiful

    Only Him

He walks past me for all I know
    A stolen breath, a breeze I shiver.
My heart races for all his love
Only him is that I see.

I can't help but to be a dreamer
With rays of light shone on desire
His beauty and strength I wish to have
And his manners I melt to see.
His voice so gentle, I cannot move
I but stare and wish to love.
When our eyes meet and I see warmth
    Looking elsewhere, I blush away.
I cannot speak my words to him
Or else hurricanes and earthquakes come.
My heart uncontrollably punches and stomps
When his presence is a step away.

He walks past me for all I know
    A stolen breath, a breeze I shiver.
My heart races for all his love
Only him is that I want.

I've been trying to make you smile all this past week, but it never seems good enough

I've gave you all you wanted the whole of this week, but it never seems good enough

I don't do anything wrong, but it never seems good enough

I do everything right, but it never seems good enough

What you say i do, but it never seems good enough

I even smile at you and it never seems good enough

I try to hug you, but it never seems good enough

I put my arm on you, but thats not good enough

I touch your face and you push me away so thats not good enough

I wont try and make you smile, is that good enough?

I wont give you all you want, is that good enough?

I'll do everything wrong, is that good enough?

I wont do anything right, is that good enough?

I wont do what you say, is that good enough?

I'll wont smile everyday, is that good enough?

I will never hug you anymore, is that good enough?

I why am i putting my arm around you for? Yeah cause thats good enough ha!

I wont touch your face, is that good enough?

No matter what i do it will never be good enough! ; (

he was a lucky charm, that i wore around my neck,
he was my backpack that i wore on my back.
we were friends but he wanted more,
i was scared didnt wanna end up like before.
one day i caught myself writing soemthing with my marker,

My ex-bf and I broke up on good grounds it was a mutual desission to split and maybe get back together later. He and I have been thru so much tegether and we still talk, just right now I'm in a place where I can't talk to him and so he tells my mom to remind me that he is still here for me and that he always will be.

I don't know about this but here it goes.
But I had and stilldo love someone for awhile but I didn't know I loved him until he told me he loved me first. But I don't know how it happened or when it started. Now he is off with some other girl makeing her happy kissing her and not me. I Love him but I don't know if he loves me any more. I don't know if he still loves me the same way the day he told me he loved me. I hate it thati might of lost my chance. I might of, but i might have to move on because i think he might be better of with some other girl. I might have to live alone a little longer.

I think the Love Story (Out of Africa) - with Meryl Streep and Robert Redford was great. Every part of that movie was touching. Robert Redford finally decided to love and help Meryl Streep but dies in his plane. They bury him in Africa and the Lions lay down on his grave. She (Meryl) leaves and goes home to her country because she lost all her crops to floods but writes to her housekeeper or African friend. The last line to the poem she recites over Robert's grave was something like - He was not ours - He was not mine. Yes, a real tear jerk er it was but her last letter to her African friend says as he tells her about the lions sleeping on Robert's grave 'Oh how Robert will love that - I must tell him about it.' It still haunts me today. Was she dieing or just old and forgot he was dead? What a love story.

Do you think that sometimes, drinking a fresh tea cup is an ever-wonderful experience? :) Putting sugar into tea may not be a perfect way.
