Frederick Baka Biography

So my name is Nii Tettey Kofi Annang(you can always call me Nii Fabbie) born in West Africa, Accra Ghana to be precise. So why am i here? I am here first and foremost to appreciate the little luxuries in life that comes for free such as poetry, appreciate the beauty of words and drawn myself in travels to all continents in the world simply by the power of words and also to pen out my thoughts.I'm not a prolific writer like many others claim but i certainly pour out my heart when i do my amateur writings. I write my heart out with inspiration from the things i have experienced, heard, seen and read about. I am an advocate for all things but especially - human rights for key populations (i am so passionate about this group of people) mainly because i believe they are the most marginalized and most discriminated population in the world. Just hang in here and i bet you would have a jolly rollercoastic(if there's any word as such) ride with me.)

The Best Poem Of Frederick Baka

Loud Silence

I talk, I shout
But who hears
I speak of the wars but
Also of a better future
Yet no one hears me speak

Who can hear my voice
The voice a million others,
Praying acceptance and inclusiveness
Seeking love and understanding
But who wills to hear me speak

Who hears the loud silence
Of the minorities,
Who feels our pain, And anxiety,
Even our pleasure
They have become stoic

The voice of the millions
Blocked by the epicurean nature
Of our corrupt leaders
Though they claim deafness,
We will speak

Though they aver blindness,
We will act and write
Till our loud silence is heard
