Mr Mishra took his first respiration on the bank of Hirasagar where deity Hirasagarani is there at Tikapali of Patnagarh in the district of Balangir, odisha, India, that is full of poetic atmosphere. Poet Mishra is always stood for the neglected class.Injustice is intolerable for him. In his poetry he depicts the contemporary picture of the society. Mishra has a unique style that distinguishes him from other poets. Mishra has won several award in his state and outside for his writing poetry. Bhagaban Mishra is the father and mother is Radhika. Wife - Tapaswini, Sons Chandan and Suman, Bahu- Monalisa Bulbul and Natuni - Aaeshanee.
