Open Your Eyes

Open your eyes and see me for who I truly am

I am the soft whisper through the forest on a breezy day

I am the gardens of flowers bountiful in color and aroma

I am the clouds floating gently and weightless above you

I am the babbling stream, listen close and you’ll hear my secrets

I am mother earth, bearing children of all species

I am alive – I am everywhere yet nowhere

I am visible yet you can not see me

I speak though you do not hear me

I touch you though you do not feel me.

Understand these words child of mine

Open your mind

Open your heart

then open your eyes again for the first time.

It is then that I will be revealed
