There's either too much poetry in the world today
or there really doesn't seem to be ever enough
as more poems are written and posted in a way
by various people who all like to share their stuff.

It could be a case of being static
when some body is at rest
but if it's moving and looks dynamic
it will seem to pass the test.
...

Dogma and doctrine only hide the Truth
that is our birthright since the time of youth.
We have all been led to believe the lies
which the authorities show to our eyes.
...

The passion has almost gone
of love and longing for Thee;
there's no meat left on the bone
for devotion's heart to see.
...

The danger has passed
with its shadow cast
and you feel relieved
if you're not deceived.
...

When mankind plays with
nature certain things go wrong
history does tell

When death comes knocking at the door
one may not know who it's there for.
That time of one's life is coming
to think likewise is foreknowing.
...

If one remembers God and does some good each day
their joy increases going forward in that way.

What of life now ill days have come
and fate reveals its time for some;
our lives to date we could endure
but now it seems we're less secure.
...

Shame on that country as future history will show
what it had done to the world as it began to grow;
ignoring those standards of international laws
going about its own business unmindful of flaws.
