Starting it off with a great time with people near
Having no thoughts to bring me fear
Knowing the people who hold me dear

Sitting on the edge of my bed
Wondering what a life I’ve led
To be able to have visited so many places
To have known so many faces

He’s a real lonely man
Sitting there with no long term plan
Thinking in his own frame of mind
Appearing to speak with a lack of foresight

With a bitter taste
