What great passion the sea exerts, as she crashes into the sand
What love the sand exhibits as he calls, with outstretched hand
Spray rises up and waves crash down, when she races to his side
Then vigorously they embrace each other, knee high in the tide

I am troubled
mind stirred and rattled.
Rattled by nothing.
Troubled by tranquility.
...

There I go, my head again
Thinking things, cant comprehend
Twisting round what I can pretend
trying to guess my mysteries end
...

Poised at the edge the jumper stands
Gazing down at the rocks below
Arms stretched out, with open hands
A dramatic pose, a dramatic end
...

I extended my hands
Took hers in mine
Guided my arm
Gently around her side
...

Just because I play dumb
Doesn't mean that I am stupid
Just because I fake ignorant
Doesn't mean I do not know
...

You know what needs to be done
As you strive to stay on track
Looking on the goal
Trying not to quick glance back
...

Spent too long being what others need me to be
bending into shapes not meant for me
stretching to fill gaps till I rip and bleed.

Too many times don't try to get what I want
...

A class of jumbled players
marching through the script
parading on the stage
reciting what is writ.

Amongst the swirling turmoil,
Confusion, and change
One golden moment
A splash of the sane
