Memories Left Abandoned

The anger let inside after me,
Laid waste to everything in your path,
Never remembered the last night,
Just left everything in your sight,
What was I to you?

Seem to be forgotten for awhile,
Like a child with a small toy,
You wanted me when it suit you best,
Now you're claiming I'm a pest,
What was I in your eyes?

I needed you this time,
You were nowhere to be found,
I was scared
Partially impaired,
Now you know who I was.

You thought I wouldn't mind,
But obviously I do,
I cared about you,
You said you wanted something new,
Do you actually remember?

With a tormented mind,
And a scared body,
Who's the one who's caring now?
Memory serves I was a cow,
You wish I was there.

Laid, wasting six feet down,
A neglected life,
You thought I would be fine,
But obviously, you didn't take the time,
I needed the time with you.

Maybe we could start again in another life,
Maybe when you don't have your problem,
Drinking was your main ambition,
Maybe they should bring back prohibition,
Never again.

You'll never find another like me,
No, you'll never,
You may try,
With hopes so high,
Why don't you just go die.
