Give Life a chance

Give hope a chance
to believe while you pray

Sweat pouring down from her face
With the sun shinning in full glare

Thy glories have all so receded

Life is sweet to some
To others it is sour

Very many words are spoken in this world
so little time to say them all..
or to retrieve them back.
Like the wind they are dispersed throughout the earth

Her name is love.
I have never seen her,
I have never met her,
Neither have I spoken to her,

Dear child within me,
You were conceived,
As tiny as you were,
You grew into a living being.

I have learnt that to say few words is wise,
To hide your originality is discrete,
To preserve your integrity is honorable
And to speak the truth is golden.

Point blank, I can't run from it;
Glaring at my face each day,
