In search of a fragrance I set my heart
A fragrance so pure in love and care
Of strawberry fields and prairies, pure and bright,
Like a cathedral, a symphony of prayers, thought so I

Purest of prayers where shall I find?
Echoes of it, rattling the weirs of heaven,
Tearing foundations to core

Strawberry Vapors

In search of a fragrance I set my heart
A fragrance so pure in love and care
Of strawberry fields and prairies, pure and bright,
Like a cathedral, a symphony of prayers, thought so I
Rode far and far to the ends of the rainbow
Watching the sun wash the storm away
Chasing the fragrance of Strawberries, I rode
But found did I, a fragrance? No! A mere vapor this
A vapor, so stench, leaving scars behind,
Tearing me down,
Broken I asked, Visitudes of fate this?
I have found, all that shimmers is sure to fade away
I cried,
To "The Beatles" of Abbey Road
Where are the Strawberry fields that you sang are forever?
